Harsh is VES(2022) award winning character, creature and facial(FACS) asset supervisor working in the Film and TV industry. His studio experience includes Lucasfilm, Framestore, MPC, DNeg, Mill and Milk VFX. Currently he is supervising creatures for a non-fiction show called Surviving Earth by world renowned director Tim Haines(Walking with Dinosaurs 1999). He is passionate for bringing asset team together for any character/creature driven shows. He works closely with Modeling, Texturing, Lookdev, Rigging and Animation supervisors to help produce key character design and facial performances.
Career highlights include leading modelling team for Disney’s new Lion King, Rocket Raccoon model and facial shapes for both GOTG films, facial shapes for Gnarlak the goblin in Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them 1, Avengers Endgame, Fantastic Beasts 2, Wonder Woman 1984 and VES winning CG Albert Einstein for Mill.
His goal is to be artistically driven whilst being a technical problem solver. Aware of the latest technological advances in order to put in place avant-garde workflows. Create believable characters/creatures and help animation with life-like FACS based facial shapes. He thrives on creating enthusiastic working environment with colleagues who are equally passionate on bringing iconic CG characters to screen.
Works closely with the clients and bring their creative vision to the team. He has Shoot experience for both static full body and facial scans, and also dynamic 4D scans using Di4D and ILM's Medusa FACS capture.
